The staff was attentive and helpful, but the bathroom had a strong odor during my stay.

The riad's architecture is absolutely stunning!
I was utterly disappointed during my stay. The staff was not friendly, lacking the warm hospitality I've come to expect in Morocco. Breakfast was a fiasco, taking far too long to arrive and served cold. To top it off, my room was not properly cleaned before arrival, with a lingering foul smell that was masked poorly by a cleaning product.

The architecture is absolutely stunning, with intricate details that made every moment feel special, especially while enjoying breakfast on the lovely rooftop terrace with breathtaking views.
However, the accessibility to the riad can be challenging, especially with the stairs, which may be difficult for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The location is fantastic, just a short 3-minute walk to the main square. The room had a breathtaking view over the city, particularly from the New York suite on the 3rd floor. The riad showcases beautiful architecture, and the rooftop is a perfect spot for relaxation. However, the service fell short. Staff members weren’t very engaging, lacking the warm atmosphere I expected. Breakfast took quite some time to arrive, and the food was served cold. My bathroom was also notably tiny, which made it less comfortable. Overall, while the riad is beautiful and the location is prime, the staff interaction and dining service need significant improvements.

We had a great stay in the Double or Twin Room with Balcony. The architecture of the riad is seriously stunning, and the spacious room came with a fantastic view from the balcony. Best part? The bed was super comfy, which made for a really good night's sleep. The only downside was a bit of confusion when we got dropped off by the taxi. it's quite the trek up some stairs to reach the place!
